TSGNY's four-color e-newsletter is published bi-monthly: Sept./Oct., Nov./Dec., Jan./Feb., Mar./Apr., May/June, Summer (July/Aug.). A reminder/update with the date, time, and location of the next meeting and the speaker's name or program title is sent out at the beginning of Oct., Dec., Feb., April, and June. TSGNY's newsletter is published exclusively for the members and friends of the organization. It is distributed via e-mail as a PDF file attachment to be viewed in Adobe Reader. A black-and-white version is mailed to the postal addresses of members without an internet connection and others who need this alternative. Each newsletter announces the date, time, and place of the next two meetings and includes information about the scheduled speakers or programs. Newsletters also keep members up-to-date about matters related to present and future TSGNY affairs. Reports contributed by members about their fiber art activities are published in each issue. Articles of special interest are included when appropriate. The final section of the newsletter lists art exhibitions, openings, events, conferences, workshops, competitions, sales, and other opportunities and topics of general interest to all.
